The Benefits of In-Home Wound Care

Why Mobile Care Is the Future

More and more patients are discovering that the path to recovery doesn’t have to run through a hospital or clinic. At Premier Wound Care, we bring advanced, physician-led wound treatments directly to your home, eliminating the stress of travel, long wait times, and fragmented care. Our mobile model ensures timely interventions, better communication with your care team, and fewer delays in healing. By using evidence-based regenerative therapies, including advanced biologic wound dressings, we help patients heal faster and reduce the risk of hospital readmission. It’s wound care designed around your life and not the other way around.

Dr. Kevin Jiang

I’m a double board‑certified physician in Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation and Pain Medicine. I chose these specialties because I wanted to help people heal—especially those with complex conditions that others didn’t know how to manage or thought were untreatable.

Early in my career, I realized that within our current healthcare system, true healing was rare. Most of the patients I treated with procedures and medications were maintained—but rarely restored. I struggled to know if I was helping or unintentionally harming them. This uncertainty led to self-doubt and burnout, and I knew something had to change.

I made the difficult decision to leave a high-paying job to return to the foundation of healing: nutrition, sleep, exercise, and joy. I joined my wife in her functional medicine practice, a space built on these principles.

Today, I bring this philosophy into every aspect of my work—including wound care. I don’t just treat the wound; I examine the whole person and address the underlying factors that are critical to successful healing. By combining functional medicine principles with advanced wound care techniques, we give patients the best chance for meaningful recovery.

Chronic wounds are usually linked to whole-body health issues. We combine the latest wound care treatments with support for nutrition, inflammation management, and restoring function.

Let Us Navigate Medicare So You Can Prioritize Healing

Navigating insurance coverage can be overwhelming, especially when you’re already managing a complex wound. That’s why our team takes care of verifying Medicare eligibility and handling the paperwork on your behalf. We work directly with referring providers and home health agencies to streamline the process, minimize delays, and ensure you receive the care you need without added stress. Our goal is simple: to remove barriers so you can focus on healing.
